Extract Tarma Installer Malware

08.10.2019

Today I noticed my computer was acting differently, upon further inspection I noticed that a few programs had been downloaded that I didn't verify. Apparently my brother accidentally downloaded some type of spyware. There 'were' three files that I had suspicion about.

These files included Relevant Knowledge, WebCake Design., and Gorilla Price. I would navigate to the program folder in my C:/ folder and attempt to delete it. However it would be active in random exe. I would then end the process/service that was blocking the file and, for the most part, the program would be deleted. However, there was an occurrence where I had to end the explorer.exe process, start a new explorer.exe process, and then delete the files. Most of the 'threats' were.dll files and they had setup file associated with them.

After I thought I removed all the threats I rebooted my computer and noticed that WebCake Design was still in the process tab. I was able to terminate it right away, however, I still feel unsafe and paranoid. Also, my AVG would not detect the files in question. Thank you for your assistance.
